if it's the high hyperverse levels of them, i'd say they tie since they are infinite dimensional, omnipresence and immeasurable speed are the same speed in this case, basically even without omnipresence they are the same speed, but he can just be anywhere, but it's pointless since immeasurable is beyond any measurement.
