i don't think so, i don't think it even has a official multiplier anywhere, you could get one if baby vegeta's mutated forms are his ssj forms i believe

I mean it's stronger then the golden great ape which is a great ape turned super sayian, and both are accepted as multipliers

It's hypothetically a combination of a SSJ3 multiplier and an Ozaru multiplier, but we have not accepted in official multiplier for SSJ3 other than it being well above SSJ2 which is in turn above Ultra SSJ's AP (Which is accepted as 500x the AP of base form). And for Ozaru, we have not accepted the 10x multiplier statement as far as I'm aware.

For Toei at least I think it’s accepted, as Vegeta is 4-C and High 4-C as a ozaru

Wasn't Toei SSJ2 recently upgraded to being 2x Ultra SSJ due to one-tapping a powerhouse Cell?
