I think it depends if the Existence Erasure does affect your soul, if it is something like DB's Hakai, it would. But there are instances of EE that just affects your whole physical structure, which gives opening to those with Low-Godly regeneration to go over that level of destruction.

So if a EE has shown able to erase a ghost, the physical character who resists EE can resist soul erasure/destruction?
