Does psychokinesis ignore durability?

Depends on the level of the user.
A good enough user could do so by, for example, crushing the internal organs of the target without having to hit them while the most basic ones are usually just throwing stuff and people around or reflecting attacks.

Also a powerful enough user could manipulate stuff like Molecules or Atoms to ignore conventional durability. Therefore, yes, Psychokinesis has the potential to ignore durability, though it all depends on how good the user is with it.
