Does having acausality count as a smurf?

So if a 3-D char have Acausality type 1, would that make them a smurf? Since by all account they are immune to history alteration/time paradox, aka 4-D things, would that mean they have smurf resistances or am I interpreting how the wikis view the term Smurf wrong?
 
Smurf is for hax way above your tier, resistances aren't concerned as far as I know (also anyone from any tier can have type 1).
