I'm curious if a battle can be determined through incap via lifting strength through TK
As in if Character A's AP is 7-A and their TK gives them Class T lifting power against Character B who's AP is 6-A, but has Class M lifting power. Speed is more or less equal and neither is really hax'd beyond TK. Can Character A just hold down Character B and win via incap?
