Do justifications and explanations need a CRT thread

So let's say on a characters page you want to give a more in depth explanation for add an explanation for a certain ranking. Not change the ranking itself. Just the explanation of the feat and the associated scans with it.

Would that need a CRT?

As long as you don't change anything on the tier or add any reasoning or change that ins't currently accepted, it should be fine

What counts as add any reasoning.

For example take intelligence. Pulling a hypothetical out of the air.

If it was like

Genius (built a time machine)

Would it be adding reasoning if I changed it to like.

Genius (Built a time machine when they were 10 years old. Regarded as the smartest in a classified government program that studies alien technology and was renown for creating new inventions that pushed the boundaries of science).

Scans included for everything I say.

Is that adding reasoning? Would something like that need a CRT? Certainly gives more details than just the first one but it doesn't change the accepted tier. Just adds more details.

No, a CRT wouldn't be needed for a case like this

Btw, creating a time machine is a Extraordinary Genius feat, the additions you did to this specific intelligence sections also looks like something way beyond our average genius-level character
