Discord VS Bugs Bunny

Hm... Bugs Bunny plays a practical joke on Discord, who turns Bugs into a pile of carrots. Only to be met by an a giant pencil flying in from orbit to erase him!
Discord teleports a clone to the animation studio that Bugs is working in. Discord then starts deteriorating Bugs' animation process by smashing his head between a pair of cymbals, turning him from a fully fleshed out cartoon character, into story bourd scetches, and finially into episode concept art.
Then a Warner Bros. executive starts calling charges to sue Hasbro for attacking one of its characters and in the Court room it turns of Bugs is the judge and Discord is on the defense, and the jury is made up of other cartoon characters....
And the meta joke runs on until it stops being funny. The winner being the one that can keep it up the longest, or, far more likely since both characters could probably keep it up forever, the one whos powers do not relying on being funny, which would probably be Discord since he's a bit of anti hero and his powers dont rely on the joke, just the fact that he is chaotic.

First off, it doesn't seem to be his go to when in danger. Secondly, he needs to use it in a way that can actually put Discord down. Hes never used it to steal/shut down powers, and while he could erase Discord, the erasure doesn't affect seem to effect the mind, and appears to be non-lethal. Honestly it's just reality warping via a pensil.

He couldn't bypass Low-Godly from Yukari. Discord is dead here.
