Every character still needs to be relative to each other, (Unless there's significant power-ups for them) otherwise if we just go with scaling logic entirely, we end up with a lot of stat stomps and then it's more like a debate rather than an rp. Making someone tier 2 amongst non-canon versions of characters that will likely end up in the tier 8/7 range on their own feats in an rp isn't very fair to everyone else, and won't make any sense if we make profile for them either. Nobody wants nearly every fight to end in two messages
