Ground Rules:
- Speed is equal
- Dexter has prior knowledge on CH
- Fight takes place in a dark abandoned building
- They start 25 meters apart
- Neither have line of sight of the other. CH knows that there's a man somewhere in the building coming after them, and Dexter knows that CH is somewhere in the building and knows the general direction they start in
- Dexter has a knife in his dominant hand and a syringe of M99 in his other hand
- There are several metal pipes, glass shards, ect sitting around the building that either fighter can use if needed
- More rules can be added if needed to make this match balanced
