This is a revision for giving the Witness a "likely 3-A" rating within Material Space and giving Pyramids and the Witness Class E Lifting Strength. A special thanks to @CrimsonStarFallen for his help.
The Witness is likely Universe level
Pyramids and the Witness have Class E Lifting Strength
This part is simple. During the Collapse a Pyramid starts pulling at Titan with more force than the entirety of Saturn's mass and the Witness naturally upscales. Everything is in the calculation.
Thank you for your time.

Disagree:
The Witness is likely Universe level
In the Golden Age, BrayTech and the Aeronautics of China discovered an Artifact on the moon that belonged to the Witness. After a period of study, BrayTech engineered an extremely advanced containment system around it. With this system came a codes and procedures handbook that outlined a few interesting situations that could be caused by the Artifact. Notably among them a GUT (uniforce) event:
The specifics can be found within this calculation. In a nutshell, the fundamental forces in physics used to be one at the start of the Big Bang. The universe derives all of its mass and energy from this initial state. As such, replicating this phenomenon involves similar levels of power, depending on the volume of space in which this is done. More on that later.
Can the Witness actually do this or is it just in-verse speculation?
First there's two more pieces of evidence that the Witness should be able to cause a GUT event.
1. Kuang Xuan, the leader of the research on the Artifact, tells us that the artifact shuffles its internal state through gravitational and electronuclear events. Though these aren't a complete unification, it sets a precedent.
2. Clovis Bray, the founder of BrayTech, started researching the Darkness (Clarity) as a result of his contact with the Witness Artifact on the Moon. He states that the universe likely started in its early low-entropy state due to the Darkness's special properties. As the most powerful Darkness wielder in existence, it wouldn't be strange for the Witness to have access to this power.
What is the orb used in the calculation?
Back to the above mentioned volume. We never actually get to see the Artifact, as it's still in containment, but we are told that it's a dark sphere and from the codes and procedures handbook we know that it fits within a volume of 1200 liters. We do however get to see an artifact of the same kind at the end of the Shadowkeep campaign. This is what's used for the calculation.
There's a number of reasons to consider these two artifacts to be the same kind:
1. They are both dark spheres.
2. They had both been planted on the Moon by the Witness.
3. They are both primarily used as communication devices by the Witness
4. They both fit within a volume of 1200 liters.
5. We don't know of any other artifacts like these, within the Witness's Black Fleet.
Isn't this an outlier?
Now the main concern is that there's no other feats in material space that come close to this (that I'm aware of). This is primarily why I'm against a solid rating. However, Clovis Bray states that if the Darkness (Clarity), were to fall into the wrong hands, the universe would be doomed. This gives more credence to this interpretation of all the technobabble.
Another thing to note is that there's no anti-feats. The only entities that scale are the Traveler and the Veil, which are cosmic entities without peer in their own right.
"A threat event best characterized by the high-energy unified force of a GUT grand unified theory. Characteristic of extremely high energy scales, approaching the temperature of the primordial universe." |

"Our antenna, like the artifact, simply shuffles its internal state through an apparently arbitrary series of gravitational and electronuclear permutations. These unified-force events were probably common in the early universe, but they have no real significance now." |
2. Clovis Bray, the founder of BrayTech, started researching the Darkness (Clarity) as a result of his contact with the Witness Artifact on the Moon. He states that the universe likely started in its early low-entropy state due to the Darkness's special properties. "We exist because the universe began in a state of lower entropy, and has ever since expanded and unwound, transforming from a single dense plasma into a void filled with complex structures. In the future, it will achieve maximum entropy when all organized matter has collapsed into black holes, and these holes evaporate into the uniformity of the heat death. This is the unexplained secret of creation. HOW DID THAT ORIGINAL LOW-ENTROPY STATE COME TO BE? In the first place and the first time—the egg of history? What if Clarity was responsible? What if there was some primeval chaos, some pre-cosmic entropy, which was soaked in Clarity to reduce it to that first nucleus of all existence which issued the Big Bang? What if Clarity's defiance of time-reversibility makes it a fountain of cosmic youth, returning all that is burnt out and burnt down to its state before the fire?" |
