That's really simple

K. round and Sweet Cap'n Cake group can heal using the milk bulshit

but the milk also incresses K. roudnd atack by 0.5 each time drinked to a maximun of 10

even if minnor this applie as statistic amplification and should be mention

The fact the milk starts healling only by 300 hp in the first use and each use next heals 700 hp

• Self Care: Shows a stock image of an almond milk carton, then heals itself. It first uses this attack after taking 300+ damage, healing 300 HP; subsequent uses heal 700 HP. Each use also increases its Attack by 0.5, up to a maximum of 10.

Info taken from Deltarune wiki, It's only stated on C.round page and I can't at the moment confirm if this also apply to Sweet Cap'n Cake , but sinse It's literraly a re use of the same hability It's probable fair to assume It has the same effect

any way, from:
"Minor Creation and Healing (Can heal itself by drinking milk, which appears from thin air)" on K. round page would be
"Minor Creation, minor satistics amplification and Healing (whem on low helth will heal itself by drinking milk, with also slightly increases his damage by 0,5, which appears from thin air. The first use heals a lot less them next uses of the milk, the amplification stops at 20 uses)"

For the best speeker boxes would be
minor satistics amplification and Healing (whem on low helth they will heal itself by drinking milk K_K founds, should have the same benefits as K. round's Milk)"
