This isn't perception manip she's just moving fast

Kara is scaling to Reign, the worldbreaker with magnitude 8 [ feats show this was Total Seismic Energy earthquake,' because of tsunamis, core reaching crater, massive storms etc. this should be around 20 zettatons force + Mon-El said it will take 1-2 hours to wipe out the life and transmute planet into Krypton' ] and having powers of Worldkillers she can potentially cast the spell on the Moon to move it with very high velocity to create ultimate solar eclipse for enternity ( ep17 s3 )+ even she threatened to Lena Luthor when she breakes free she will murder Ruby Arias and split this planet into half ( ep20 s3 ) + Alura said Lilith Fountain gives her destructive power and INFINITE strenght [ep22 s3] ( ok definitely not infinite but it must mean it is sth extremely unimaginable power )

2.Notice Red Daughter used full punches at her, same one ( untrained copy of Supergirl ) which created some dangerous earthquake in Kasnia ( not sure how strong but notice range was enormous, created some land slides 2-3 km distance away ( at best Large Mountain i would say, not mentioning it was her basis training ). + literally tanked Harun-El blast which created paranormal phenomena on planetar scale ( ep 22 confirms it is planetar in range and stability ) + possibly it created some faked temporary/additional sun or source of light.

3.Current kara have Red Daughter powers now. If we wanna say this plasma blast in episode 21 of S4 is inquantifible because of Yuda Kal goddess magic, notice the same magic was using planet Earth's instability ( when Reign was destroying/breaking the world from the inside creating Earth's core reaching craters ) to magically transform the planet into new Krypton. Harun-El is definitely planetary or low planetary. Same blast accidentally created massive purple ( ep10 of S4 ) small country lvl storm spreading those thunders at subrelativistic speed and it's magic was able to transmute people into strong metahumans. + kryptonians have weakness to Harun-El.

4.Kara also surpassed Kal-El and by Winn Schott words ( reliable guy by statements ) he pulled tectonic plate too ( s2 ep1 ). CW Superman also send Amazo burrowing him through the ground kilometers away and same robot was shaking the city while being burrowed ( when was escaping in Elseworld part 1 ).

Get clips to justify this and these need calcs anyways so this isn't yet valid at all

I'd say wait until the flash revison is completed since she'll be affected I think, also I myself have speed calcs that would upgrade Supergirl
