Deku VS. Tokoyami

• Time and location are the same as during Deku vs. Lady Nagant.
• Deku starts off with 45% while Tokoyami starts off with Base Dark Shadow.
• Deku and Tokoyami start off 3 kilometers from each other (that way both have time to switch into higher gears off the gate).
• Both are bloodlusted, so neither cares about property damage.

Just wondering, does anyone know if this could qualify as worth being recorded for these characters W-L-T records on their pages? If not, what else would I need to do for it to be possible…?
