i doubt he could regenerate from it, it´s a 1.6 teraton attack and it´s AOE is more than enough to cover black aperms entire body.

Deidara only has 7-C durability so one punch from even the smaller Black Sperms would knock the lights out of him.

Deidara's first move would be to spawn a clay flying creature of a sort (Owl or Dragon which is stronger) and then spam explosives. He can deal with Black sperm via microscopic bombs C4. I dont think Black Sperm would get a chance to hit him. Deidara likes to stay away from any hit. And generally uses clay clones to tank hits for him.
