Sadly DCEU Deadshot is not allowed here FRA.

And if both tier equalised and speed equalised 9-A Bullseye will stomp Deadshot by much better AP and ridiculous durability from adamantium bones.

So is 8-C version Deadshot allowed here to counter Bullseye?
