Both in their most powerful forms/incarnations.

Deadpool has access to his swords, pistols, rocket launcher, his teleporter, and grenades with an endless supply of ammunition. He is not granted immortality from Thanos.

The Mask has access to any weaponry he's ever used, and anything he can reasonably think up. His Toon Force is incapable of directly harming or instantly killing Deadpool, though he can still in-directly use it to harm him, provided he reasonably thinks of a way to do so. (Like bolstering his muscle size and throwing him into a car.)

Battle takes place in the Marvel universe, in New York. The characters are also able to physically obtain any weaponry that may exist in this universe, such as breaking into Stark tower and equipping the Ironman suit. The battle may shift from this location, and can take as long as it needs to.

Can you elaborate as to how? He's survived a solar system busting attack before, so a one-shot is going to need an explanation.

Yeah, presumably because it came from a cross-over, but since I'm taking their most powerful adaptations, the feats should apply accordingly.

The Mask has more hax than Deadpool, there is no way Deadpool is winning this.

AP won't help Deadpool much if he has no means of hurting the Mask in the first place. With Toon Force, Mask can shug off any physically attack like it never happened. Meanwhile, Mask has many ways to get past Deadpool's Regenerationn.

Because Mask is a gag character who doesn't follow real life logics; meanwhile Deadpool is bound to it.

That still doesn't answer the question though. If their toon force extends only to themselves as shown in the original comics, how can they kill the guy with dura way above their AP and Mid-High regen?
