Sounds good to me at least, but I would have shortened the reasoning behind the AP (Equal to Hecate. Is the dark mirror of Hecate's magic, if her magic is described as all the incredible possibilities, the Upside Down Man's magic would be all the terrible ones[9])

Well hes relative to PF WW with her Hecate amp. Who scales above base PF WW so I just upscaled him to that.

I would have shortened the reasoning behind the AP

removed the redundant parts.

I believe that is enough votes to apply this so I will go ahead and do so.
