What if The Hero Of Tython fought Sidious instead of Vitiate?

Darth Sidious vs Hero Of Tython

Hero of Tython defeated Vitiate, nuff said.

That doesn't really mean anything. Vitiate was Moon Level+ at the time he was defeated by the HoT while Sidious is Small Planet Level. Sidious also has access to more abilities due to more accumilated knowledge as being the ultimate culmination of Darth Bane's line of Sith Lords (which is built on the foundation that the apprentice must surpass the master) and is more than likely the better duelist with a lightsaber given who he's gone up against (Yoda, Windu and Luke).
HoT is dealing with a guy who can basically pull of the same things as Vitiate when they fought, but is more powerful (Vitiate doesn't hit Small Planet Level until after he absorbed Ziost) and thus can batter down HoT defenses, can attack at the subatomic level, has more powers to work with and is a top tier duelist.
Sidious takes this after a decent fight.

Even before Sidious upgrades, the difference between Vitiate Moon Level+ and Small Planet Level sidious is at least 2 times, probably not much higher. Of course now he got upgraded, but this isnt a large gap in ap to be conclusive enough imo. @C2 I think Sidious is probably 'worse' with the lightsaber compared to the emperor, but is way, way better with the force. Anyone serious about star wars know he isnt called the strongest for nothing. Force tricking the entire galaxy, hiding from even esteemed jedi masters, the list can go on enough to make a respect thread.
