As a Touhou Expert, Voting Darth. But I generally dislike vs thread against touhou, cause ZUN does not write any fight scene or even strict ability limit (top or bottom), even tiers are vague.
5 years of Touhou and I still have no clear clue of what Yukari can or can't do. Probably ideal for fan creation, not so much for vs debates.
