in my opinion, OPTIMUS is much more likely to beat our favorite crow, Prime's durability and AP are higher (25 tons of tnt for Prime and 22 tons of tnt for tokoyami), Prime is better in melee combat , has much more experience due to his age, has low regeneration, more intelligent in combat, to finish, with his ion blaster, Prime can produce light, the only advantage of tokoyami here is the fact that he knows how to fly and can attack long distances with his dark shadow, but prime can do the same with his ion blaster and has already dealt with beings that fly like the seekers themselves, in case I'm wrong, feel free to correct me
