i am not sure DIO's time stop is superior so i think he can spam to win but Dante has a good variety i don't thinks it's enough maybe DIO idk maybe if Dante has better time stop that would help

idk was quicksilver considered a time stop or slow even then it seems quicker to wear out and longer to use than DIO's

dante could slow time with quick silver and try to attack dio that way but idk if quick silver will slow the world down enough to make a difference , dante i love you but i have to give my vote to dio

Dante can probably resist Time stop a bit, but overall.. it's a bit tricky. Leaning on inconclusive/tie

Isn't this a stomp for Dante? High 8-C vs 8-A, The World wont even help DIO that much except for time stop (5 seconds) and a 2nd attacker against Dante, both of which being High 8-C against Dante's 8-A

Despite the Time-Stop, Dio has nothing to do against Dante in general i supose. His abilities can be countered by some of Dante's, and leaves the Devil Hunter with other tricks up his sleeves. I give this to Dante

Just a little use of demonic energy set Vergil free from some really badass Mind Control of the Sins Demons
Thinking that the same goes for Dante, Dio's mind control would be useless
And there's Nevan's kiss that paralyses by attacking the mind of the victim, that Dante can be set free by using Devil Trigger...
