IDK if this is actual evidence, but given that in a previous thread Father's heat resistance overcame Endeavor's flames, whose firepower is canonically superior even to Dabi's...yeah, I'm voting Father here.

Dabi is 8A to Endeavor's 8B+, Endeavor is never said to canonically be stronger. Father beat Endeavor because he could exacerbate his stamina problem

Anyway, with that said, I think Father still takes this. Dabi's AP is almost four times Father's, but his durability is even less than Endeavor's and using his own flames damages him pretty bad, much less resisting those of others.

In conclusion, Father outlasts via superior durability with fewer drawbacks to his attacks.

Dabi is 8.4 times Father so they both oneshot eachother. Dabi hurts himself but can actually fight for quite some time with his flames
