Powers and Abilities: Peak Human Physical Characteristics, Superhuman Speed, Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant (Easily and quickly defeated two guards at the same time), Marksmanship (Hit a bunch of flying discs), Vehicular Mastery, Energy Projection and Heat Manipulation with Optic Blast (Burned down a school with the heat of his Optic Blast) | Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Marksmanship (Bounced a blast off a car to hit a person and attacked Vuk while avoiding Jean), Energy Projection and Heat Manipulation with Optic Blast (Can burn buildings and heat metal)

Attack Potency: Street level (Easily and quickly defeated two guards). Varies, up to Small Building level with Optic Blast (Comparable to Weapon XI's Optic Blast since it's a result of Scott's DNA, blasted Sabretooth) | Small Building level (Knocked down Beast with a kick), higher with Optic Blast (Matched Storm's lightning and blasted Vuk through a roof)

Speed: Athletic Human (Can fight and defeat two guards at the same time), Speed of Light with Optic Blast | Average Human, Speed of Light with Optic Blast

Lifting Strength: Athletic Human | Athletic Human (Knocked down Beast with a kick)

Striking Strength: Street Class | Small Building Class

Durability: Street level | At least Small Building level (Withstood attacks from Beast and survived being hit by his own Optic Blast)

Stamina: Athletic

Range: Standard melee range, hundreds of meters with Optic Blast (Can reach clouds with his Optic Blast)

Standard Equipment: Visor, suit

Intelligence: Gifted (Scott led his fellow X-Men on missions, and trained and taught many students at the school. Has knowledge of how to build and maintain cars, motorcycles and even the X-Jet. While living in the X-Mansion for so many years, Scott has learned several forms of martial arts and is a highly trained pilot) | Above Average (Studied at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters and was trained to be an X-Men)

Weaknesses: Normal human weaknesses. Without his visor or glasses, he can’t control his power and is effectively blind. Has to close his eyes after continuously firing his Optic Blast

I don't think that's necessary since Jean's profile was split in two because otherwise it would look very disorganized and messy

Well the speed to me seems, questionable.

Not because I can't get behind it but because Jean being Rel utterly shatters the scaling for basically every character in the Pre and Post-Timeskip universes. Since through her and Scott everyone scale and through Wolverine everyone scales.

There's just far to much going against that rating in my view, especially when we get explicit scenes from Quicksilver who's nowhere near that fast.

Wolverine in this scene blocked Deadpool's optic blast, which it's a result of Cyclops' DNA. Quicksilver in this scene ran faster than Storm's lightning, and I don't know if this is usable but in a commercial video Quicksilver ran faster than Cyclops' optic blast. The feats are there, the problem is that they aren't calculated

That scene is actually really bad to use. Since Storm's fall was effecting the lightning's movements and a taser Beast had fired was also moving relative to the Storm's attacks.

But why would there be issues if it is consistent? Jean blocked Cyclops' Optic Blast, Wolverine blocked Deadpool's Optic Blast, Magneto dodged Cyclops' Optic Blast, Storm countered Cyclops' Optic Blast, Sabertooth dodged Cyclops' Optic Blast

Because that's not consistency regarding them being Rel, that's consistency in that everyone can avoid Cyclops' optic beams.

Those characters are still tagged by bullets, cars, other people and plastic projectiles. If Mangeto and Wolverine can casually block lightspeed attacks how are plastic bullets a threat to them?

Its not narratively consistent.

I mean, this point pops up a lot, but as the easiest possible counterargument: Why would Cyclops hold back his beam speed on someone he objectively doesn't like such as Magneto or Sabertooth and why would Deadpool hold back on Wolverine?

Well, 1. Scott would like to finish the job as precisely as possible without causing much damage

and 2. There's still Stryker controlling him via keyboard and he wants to get out alive without a reactor slamming down on his ass.

How would a SoL energy attack cause more damage? Its speed and not power.

That has nothing to do with Deadpool holding back his beam's speed though. The only indication that might have is holding back power.
