Cuphead fights a different kind of antagonist

Armitage Rook is busy guarding Delta Sector. He knows sooner or later Bond will try and break in and disrupt their plans. As he expects, he hears Kiko screaming to guards to lock the place down.

Rook: "Bond?"

Kiko: "No not Bond. I've never seen anything like it"

Suddenly, 5 guards get blasted back and Cuphead steps out aiming at Kiko. Kiko dodges and Rook blasts the projectile away with the samurai laser beam. Kiko runs and shuts the sector down, while Rook and Cuphead stare each other down.

Ok so 9-B Cuphead against Rook who has access to everything

So Cuphead as an overall physical stat advantage barring lifting strength (might not matter unless Rook is gonna wrestle him) but still doesn't mean that Rook can't harm him

Im going to wait for more arguments tbh
 
Quick question, would energy to an extent ignore durability ?

Also when converting that to kilojoules, Cuphead is only 50 or so joules stronger than him
 
So I assume Rook can just use that, which Cuphead doesn't have the speed to dodge iirc. Just spamming that is probably enough, though CH does have better AP and a more versatile arsonal.
 
Yeah. He uses that and the grenade launcher machine gun hybrid which also is 515kj.

Cuphead will be returning serve just as much yes
