So, if I want to create a character profile, for the Ap-Speed-Dura and ability sections (basically the character description), do I have to create a CRT first?

As long as your character is not tier 1 you don't need to create a crt, and make sure you have calculation accepted before using them in profiles.

No u need to make a calculation blog on main wiki and ask cal mods to evaluate it.
Unless you got some controversial haxes.
