I personally don't think Pariston is likely to be very strong, and I think you've rated Gon, Killua, and Kurapika (w/o Emperor Time) far too high; they're not all that strong by HxH standards, stronger than most nen users definitely, but stronger guys are rarer than weaker guys so that doesn't say too much. There's a lot of talk about their potential, but that's still all it is: potential, they learned nen, I think still less than a year ago. They are not high tiers.
Overall I think it's a very good list.

I personally think gon and killua and Kurapika stand were they are.
The phantom troupe struggled with ants while Gon whiped a entire team of them out with ease.
and Chrollo said kurapika could have killed half of the PT at once if he tried. Now that he has gotten much stronger I think he fits were he is.
Why do you assume pariston to be weak?

I haven't read the chimera ant arc in a while; I remember after the ants got nen that captains were something of a hassle, Owl and the one that was with Owl (wow, it really has been a while) for example, didn't do much to him in the long run, but were a significant challenge.
Compared to, say, Phinks one-shotting a captain, and realising that his attack was far stronger than it needed to be after doing so.
Pariston himself said he wasn't very strong; I know he's not the most trustworthy guy, but I believe him on this. It's not like he really needs strength with the his MO.

Who wasn't even a Captian or a officer. And his punches didn't do a thing to him
Hell. He needed his nen attack to kill him. Il be fair and say he needed only 8 rolls to kill him. But still
Shalnark also said it was nearly impossible to lay a dart on a mind controlled ant without being Hit.
It blitzed him soon enough. And shalnark couldn't even move from the spot
Dude shalnark needed auto pilot to break out of it
A nen induced attack from Bono didn't even kill the ant
It did pretty much nothing.
