So if a character creates a dimension it's tier can be determine by it's proven size correct?

So what tier would a character get if they created a dimension that looked like this?

Also what do you think this qualifies as, Time Manipulation or something else?

3-A is unlikely.

Either Time Manipulation or something like Cosmic Manipulation.

Sorry to say there is no more context since this happens during the middle of the fight.

We just seem him create a planet then stars and a few galaxies.

(A total of three that I counted)

There are some statements but the translations are horribly bad so I'm not sure if they're accurate. Like the God of Creation was said to creating everything and that before he created everything there was nothing, absolute blackness.

Then they said he planted a seed that grew a tree which gave brith to all life with no mention about him created the world.

The cutscene however shows complete darkness then a bright light appears and the world is just there when it goes away, then a giant tree is created.

You can close this thread since my original question was answered.

I'm going to look around about getting a proper translation of this game.

Even if I have to do it myself.
