So basically we’re trying to figure out what tier this Level 4 Multiverse described here would be. Translation is already on the Imgur but for those that are too lazy to click it.

The “Multiverse”

It refers to the concept that the world of this work is based on the latest cosmological theory of the multiverse—the idea that countless parallel universes exist. These parallel universes include: 'Level 1,' a universe identical to ours that exists outside the observable universe; 'Level 2,' where countless such universes exist in a bubble-like formation; 'Level 3,' where the universe branches at the quantum level, allowing a parallel version of oneself to exist nearby; and 'Level 4,' which corresponds to the existence of universes aligned with every possible mathematical structure. In this work, the 'Another Space' corresponds to Level 2. Incidentally, if we consider the alternate worlds depicted in traditional series like the 'Mega Monster Battle' saga to correspond to Level 3, there would be no inconsistencies between them.

Some of us think this is Low 1-A but we want to make sure first before we add this to the cosmology page.

Added the full page scan onto the Imgur.
So to be sure does the level 4 multiverse also exist? Because it only mentions level 2 and 3 existing.
About this I was thinking maybe this scan can make the multiverse possibly level 4 as a level 4 universe likely exist somewhere in the multiverse but we just haven’t seen it yet. Since this description is referring to what the ultra series multiverse is and said that the Another Space Universe we saw in Belial Galactic Empire is a Level 2 universe while the Mega Monster Battle universes we saw are considered Level 3 universe. So different level universes do exist in this multiverse. Like it literally says this at the beginning of the description

So it’s specifically saying the multiverse of this series has four Levels but onscreen wise we have only seen Level 2-3.

I guess it's low 1-A then.

So like do we need like a staff or something to look at this to make sure it’s Low 1-A before we can add it to the cosmology page and update the profiles for those that scale?

No I mean like you’re absolutely sure this is a Low 1-A statement? If it is then yeah I’ll make the thread. If not I’d rather not waste everybody’s time making the CRT.

I agree with Low 1-A. Should be comparable to Downstreamers.
Well would you look at that a similar statement.

So like what tier would destroying all the universes of this cosmology be then? Since the multiverse is not entirely filled with Level 4 universes but rather a mix of Level 1-4 universes.

Would it be At least 2-A, likely Low 1-A or just straight up Low 1-A or just 2-A?

If it's the absolute entirety of the cosmology then low 1-A. I guess a "possibly low 1-A" works if the information given is unsure.

But should be low 1-A if it includes absolutely every/all universes since
and 'Level 4,' which corresponds to the existence of universes aligned with every possible mathematical structure.

Huh alright then. Man it’s gonna be real weird to see characters jump from 2-C to Low 1-A instead of 2-A when somebody somehow destroys the multiverse from now on. Oh well it’s not like that will happen anytime soon.

High 1-B sounds good. The cosmology only seems to have in universes 2 and 3 and Type 3 multiverse have an infinite dimensional Hilbert space.
It’s actually a mix of all four levels. Like it says at the beginning of the description.

So the multiverse itself has all four levels. But in series we have only seen examples of level 2-3 universes at least during 2011.
