Corresponding Speed for Each Tier

The only tier that has a guaranteed speed rating would be "Low 1-A" and above, with a speed rating of "irrelevant" (Since they transcend the concept of dimensional space and time they would, by default, receive this speed)

Another one could be anything above "Low 1-C" since it is reaching higher dimensional levels their speed would normally be "Immeasurable" (Although it could potentially vary).

Anything below that can vary wildly. Omnipresence is available to every tier and every scope.

The average human mass is supposedly 62kg, and the KE equation is K=1/2mv^2, so you can find the speed by taking the v=sqrt(2K/m). It doesn't work if you get more than the speed of light though. We also don't use this for tiers, since typically characters running/flying isn't intended to demonstrate their strength, and vice versa. Check Kinetic Energy Feats for more info on when you can get KE from speed.

@Super This is what I was asking about.

It was mostly about speed and the AP they grant through kinetic energy. So no, I don't have any other questions.
