She's immune to the effect precogs usually have on one another (presumably from trying to constantly predict the other's predictions) and as such can supersede them while still confusing them with her own. She's also to get around resistances with hypotheticals, indirect questions, and mental models to some degree. I guess it would be Resistance Negation, but it should def be mentioned somehow.

Taylor Hebert says this while she has access to Clairvoyant, a cape who's power is to see across all of the multiverse at once. Notably, people like Scion (Worm) who **** with a lot of other thinker powers are notably not a blind spot to Clairvoyant. Clairvoyant doesn't have a file, I should get on that, but she resists whatever we consider his abilities as and I think these two are a pretty safe bet.

They aren't negating the resistance per say, they just direct the power on what doesn't resist it

He was able to outprecog Eden via precoging her own actions and if they work or not

It should still be noted somewhere that she can sidestep resistances like this.

This all seems fairly clear-cut, although I'd list it closer to unconventional resistance neg, since it isn't ignoring resistances as much as it is working around them, kinda like BLACK damage in Lobotomy Corp.
