Well, I'll get right to the point, his tier.

It is 2-C for fusing two timelines. Fusing timlines can beused for AP, or at least reality warping potency, but here are a few problems with it:

-It is over time: Self explainatory, he needs time to do this

-It is not vomplrtr fusion: it simply connects them, and then let's the timelines do the rest of the hard work

-It is not combat aplicable: He cannot use this to attack.and while his tentacles can break space-time, it does not scale because "over time"

-it does not destroy them, just swaps up spaces and makes space-time much less constant


This changes his tier to simply unknown. low-multivers through enviromental damage over time

The durability is a meh. Being unaffected by worlds fusing when you can travel between them seems too speculative.

striking streinght is a no, assuming he does it through sheer force is not logical, as he could do it over time whitout using tentacle strikes.

Range should be several meters with tentacles, low-multiversal through teleportation and enviromental damage


I also lack a bit of knowlege, but why is type 4 immortality?

Besides, cutting through space-time is hax, not AP in the majority of cases. This should be no different.

the idea would be that if he can use reality warping to destroy things then it does scale to AP, but he cannot use it to destroy things.

According to the angel game wiki:

Dimensional Bleeding is the phenomenon in which parallel dimensions bleed into one another. It is caused by the Slender Man tearing reality apart by moving around and cutting into other universes in such a manner that they droop into each other to fill in the cracks. When the different universes droop together, they mix and swap parts in a constant flow. These effects can most clearly be witnessed through the Internet, as different iterations of the same servers have swapped places and taken up the same physical space so often that the memory stored on them has been transferred and has allowed people to see into the lives of themselves or others in different universes. Areas where Dimensional Bleeding occurs often enough will eventually become Rifts, places where multiple universes meet up and can be traveled between.
