Conceptual manipulation

I always thought that changing someone's name was manipulation of information, because we give ourselves conceptual manipulation for that?

What changing a name gives depends heavily on the verse's own portrayal of this feat. Just in 5 seconds I already thought of 4 different scenarios that give 4 different abilities
Can you tell me your ideas? I have also always thought that changing names or deleting them has nothing to do with conceptual manipulation.

These are 4 that I thought of that depend on verse's mechanics:
1) The name is the idea that defines a person as a whole and therefore is their Concept Type 3 (although some verse mechanics may upgrade it to 1 or 2)
2) The name is a piece of information representing the person in the structure of the world, therefore IM (type 1 or 2, depending on how exactly it is portrayed)
3) The name is something that is a distinct part of the reality and to change it will give Reality Warping
4) The name of a person stems from memories of those who know it, so changing one will be Memory Manipulation

So yeah, it can be anything and is entirely up to the verse

It could also be a law and a concept.
'He is directly striking the law of [Names] that exists in phenomena.'

The [Arms], [Legs], [Torso], [Meridians], [Immortal Body], [Inner World], and all other [Names] that make up ■■■ are struck, and the blows surpassing the physical force of reality break ■■■ apart.
Even as I try to think, the very concept of nouns is gone.

No, at this level, it feels as though even the concept of 'letters' themselves has been erased.

[Names] have been defining the contours of the world, and with their disappearance, all boundaries in this world have become meaningless.

That's right.

The boundary between the Inner Sea and Outer Sea of Mount Sumeru blurs, and Mount Sumeru begins to collapse.

Yeah, this is entirely verse dependent. What would happen is you'd have the ability and then presumably an explanation of how the ability works in verse/how it is treated in verse/what the thing being changed (in this case, name) does in verse. That would determine what could be given in terms of VSBW abilities.
