In fact, combined human has all mankind's fears, phobias, illnesses, opinions, morals, etc
That alone cripples him for ever accomplishing anything. I mean, he could possibly die at any moment, and if not, he would contradict himself with everything, as people have different oppinions over one same subject, and would most likely be massively insane.
Also, his competence would be average, as any hypercompetence any human could posses could be countered by any clumsiness any human may have, and laziness, and weird antics or special ways to do it.
