There's a whole bunch of God-tier cosmic beings chilling on the train, one of them does something to start a fight with the Young Conductor (I dunno, maybe he didn't give Beerus the pudding he ordered), and he decides to reveal who he really is.

After collectively crapping themselves when they see that they're up against the legendary Vino, they all decide to jump him at once.

Claire is equal to Ronny who is confirmed to be an omnipotent by Huey therefore Claire is tier 0, also all of reality is just dream of Claire hence he stomps.
