682's Low 2-C "form" is literally it dying so I'm pretty sure this is a mismatch.

Switch to Chuck's 3-A form and this might be fair. Since 682 doesn't have a Low 2-C form. Just a low 2-C attack that activates upon death.

How does Chuck's transmutation work? Because that's the only way I can see him winning as everything else is something that 682 either resists or can adapt to. Except maybe pain manipulation but I'm not sure if that will incap 682.

That will only come into play if 682 dies. Also he can't survive a Low 2-C attack in his 3-A form.Mand21 said:

Chuck now has durability equivalent to his striking strength. And for the first time, this is a hard battle for Chuck Norris... Damn, if 682 defeats Chuck, that will be insane.
Anyways, 682 has no significant time manipulation resistance else from its different nature of time and capacity of creating small anomalies. Depending on his efficiency, Chuck might be able to do something like stopping time and killing 682 before it can adapt by trying everything against it. Because he can warp reality and information, he might be able to try a shitton of different methods. It's not like he knows the meaning of mercy (it would be in character for him to do whatever he can to kill it).
The problem is that Low 2-C attack. I wonder if Chuck could use his hax to isolate himself from the erasure of the universe.

Chuck's RW adds to information manipulation by crushing facts with his bare opinion. If 682 has not yet adapted to become 3-A (and his peak demonstration is 4-B, which is an extremely large tier followed by 4-A which is little smaller, a small 3-C and 3-B which is bigger than all of them combined, so it takes long to reach 3-A), perhaps his RW can affect 682 and add to his death manipulation to make 682 die by both out-haxing and out-APing. Isn't hax resistance being independent of magnitude a form of NLF?
The real only problem is that Low 2-C explosion. Damn. I wonder if Chuck Norris can stop a part of the universe from being destroyed, or have his nigh-omniscience let him find a way to prevent it. If he can manipulate information, he perhaps can...? It then leads one to think if altering the universe slightly so that 682's death won't destroy it is possible or requires the Low 2-C form.

Pretty sure a mix of Acausality and plot manip resistance coupled with rw resistance would counteract that.
