I'm making this match basically so I don't forget it later. So with that being said speed equalized yada Yada. They gonna fight.

Chiya

Mr. Bea

9-B versions for both? Bean has 2 keys.

Can Bean bypass the shield? Magic resistance?

Chiya for a vast variety of skills (esp. clairvoyance to take care of random events triggered by Bean)

9-B for both yes. The only way I can see him bypassing the shield is probability manipulation.

May wanna ask Buttersamurai to comment on this.

This is a very interesting fight. Chiya has definitely an ability advatage. I'll break it down

Strength/Durability

Both are very similar. And both feats were done seemingly very casually. Chiya does have a small gap in power. But her feat that puts her at that level did show to injure her a bit. Where Mr. Bean literally was unhurt and unfazed by his own feat. So I'm going to say they are fairly even physically. Except in lifting strebgth. Where Mr. Bean should hold a fairly sizable advantage.

Powers

This is a matter of information gaining and magic vs super Luck and experience/skills. Her information will definitely keep her away from some trouble. As well as her magic and shield. Though Mr. Beans Luck is gonna keep most fatal stuff from happening to him. Mr. Bean has some skill powers that help. His high senses will make it hard for Chiya to hide from him. He training gives him a leg up in fighting. Pressure points likely won't work. However, incapacitating is still a possibility. Like when Mr. Bean used a trash can to tighten around someone's waist so they couldn't move their arms and kicked him to the floor. And he has a Huge Huge advatage in the form of lifting strength from ripping an outhouse from the ground. And Mr. Bean is a generally better fighter. As well, he tends to be extremely stealthy, I'll give he should be able to do this once or twice. Then there is his social influencing. Mr. Bean by no means seems like a threat. And his skills to convince others is actually rather impressive. The Man somehow entered into a Children's dog show. And used a Teddy Bear... and he won.... Plus his goofy attitude. He would likely pacify her if he couldn't get through the shield. Or trick her to come out. He is a tricky person

Intelligence

This one surprisingly goes to the bean. He is actually extremely smart. Made a plan and broke into a place holding the most expensive painting in America and took out the painting. Used a poster, and using different items, made he poster look like a painting and tricked all of America. He has reprogrammed rides before. Restarted someone's heart by using Jumper cables. And is extremely adaptive

Range

They seem fairly equal with range. Have a weapon they can use from range with fairly similar distances. And melee range

So. Final outlook

Mr. Bean wins the fight more times than not. Both powers and similar power strength make it hard for one to beat the other. However, Mr. Bean with training and experience, plus his lifting strength advatage. He should be able to handle the fight better

Should she hide in a shield. She isn't beating Mr. Bean from inside. But Mr. Beans goofy nature, and extremely charming and convincing Demener pacifies her or tricks her to come out

So through Lifting strength, Luck manipulation on both ends, experience, skills and training, and his skills on convincing others. Should be able to take out her Info gathering skills and magic. Mr. Bean should take this more times than not

Huh. Yeah that seems more reasonable. I can't see Bean getting past all that...stuff, even if he has intelligence and skill. It's hard to fight an opponent who knows everything you're gonna do and everything about you.

But it didn't. First of all, she wasn't even one of the ones who was in the explosion. Second of all, the ones who were were no worse for the wear after the fact, and she should be even more durable than they.

And Mr. Bean is a generally better fighter. As well, he tends to be extremely stealthy, I'll give he should be able to do this once or twice.

Enhanced Senses and Clairvoyance nope stealth pretty much entirely.

Also being better in CGC isn't going to help against Chiya, who is ludicrously skilled at parkour. Hit and run techniques are going to be her friend in this fight.

Then there is his social influencing. Mr. Bean by no means seems like a threat. And his skills to convince others is actually rather impressive. The Man somehow entered into a Children's dog show. Info Analysis shows her that he's manipulative and more of a threat than his exterior would let on. Fortune telling reveals people's personality so she's going to see right through any attempts to trick her. Once she gets into that forcefield, she's not coming out and he can't leave a scratch on it.

Then really from that point she just sits in the forcefield while he tuckers himself out as not only does she have higher stamina, but while she's in Kurou she doesn't have to expend any energy whatsoever. Once he inevitably runs out of energy, she and Kurou wail on him and win.

1. I'm going off of her scaling to it. And I didn't say they were in bad condition. They just obviously felt it.

2. Ehh. Kinda forgot about those when writing stealth. Last minute thing I wrote in. So ya got me there.

Being a better fighter is gonna help. For one, she may know parkour well, but If Mr. Bean is the only one who is trained on how to attack, defend, and incapacite. He will get the more hits in. She also will have to be watching out for the Luck that Mr. Bean gives off. For all she knows, she is gonna be using a wall to jump over Him and the wall suddenly crumbles. While yes, her info is gonna help her know some of the luck in places. It doesn't stop the fact she becomes limited.

3. Well realistically. He would just pacify her. He wouldn't want to fight Her. If he can make the situation of them being friends or stopping the fight rather than knocking someone out. He likely would. He would generally have to be pissed to not try it. Which is not an easy thing to do.

And Mr. Bean would wait or pacify her if she hides in her shield. He can put the basic idea that nothing he does to that shield is gonna work. Plus. His own luck would protect him from much harm.

More times than not. It's probably gonna be a pacify. Since she is more pacifist. And Mr. Bean wouldn't want to fight her either. Plus his generally skill in influencing people. It will end in more times then stopping the fight.

Would Bean persuading Chiya to surrender count as a win for win tho

Or Chiya win for her accepting Bean's surrender

Well. I've seen pacifying as a win circumstance before. Especially since she is more pacifist. So I don't see why not. He ended it, just with words rather than fighting. So a still technically win.
