Anyway, given that DarkLK said that it sounded like a regular 1-A at best, we can either place U-DO as that or simply avoid making the profile, whichever you prefer?

Okay then.
I would think it as High 1-A, though, as there are two layers on the Upper Domain, each vastly above the previous, and the lowest is above infinite dimensions... And U-DO is above everything else.
