With the rules you set, neither Krystal nor Arabelle have much leverage over the other in most catagories. Ara is slightly faster than Krystal if this is anything to go by, but that’s about it. I’ll put in a vote for incon, but I’ll be open to other people’s opinions.

AFAIK, they both attacked Vincent. But Arabelle's case had him have an actual chance for him to react.

There's a couple of other things to note here; the minor details and no rules of a street fight here makes a difference.

• Krystal is more willing to be aggresive while Ara has no combat exp like her
• Krystal has a dress, something Arabelle could pull around and yank
• Ara's AP feat while she caught Vincent and Vee off-guard is still notable. Making 2 people lose balance takes a considerable amount of strength since they'll instinctively resist being pushed down. Making her slightly stronger considering Vincent has better 10-A feats.
• Krystal is manipulative, so she could target Ara's emotions just to gain the upper hand.
