I was just Kidding bro the jugger baby doesn't have any resistance to mystical attacks so sans can probably dunk him, but even the pheonix had trouble with stopping him, and she was struggling to hold him back and her power includes telepathy, telekinesis and near limitless power.

well, the juggernaut defeat and let telekinesis users in the marvel series struggle to juggernaut, but maybe if we know about how much sans can lift, if its more then the juggernaut weights, bet sans can just spam with only one hax, thats it, but if the juggernaut is too heavy, juggernaut is my vote, so my actual vote is inconclusive, unless we know how much sans can lift, and juggernauts weight (i dont have much knownledge on this guy,)
