May as well get this out of the way. I was curious to see how Yurine would do against Goku. Given Goku is a Saiyan, he might have a natural will to fight a strong opponent, although I don't know if his kid self would be as stupid as Vegeta when it comes to wanting to fight someone in a stronger state of being. Older Goku definitely let Frieza get stronger, though his reasoning there was if he beats Frieza down in a stronger form, Frieza would be less likely to want to mess with anyone. Or something like that.

I specified Kid Goku because, well, that's the one I'll be using. Comparing the two skillsets, Goku is a combat prodigy who, despite the decades of training needed for Master Roshi to develop the Kamehameha, took up the Kamehameha as a "pick-up-and-go" skill. Yurine is named the 65th successor of the Hokuto no Ken by Kenshiro and not only blocked an attempted use of the martial arts form, but also made use of the Hokuto Hyakuretsu Ken. Granted outside-of-franchise uses of a skill should be treated as baseline knowledge, but baseline knowledge of the Hokuto no Ken style is it's pretty hecking exclusive, so not many people would know how to deal with it. Yurine is also powerful enough to ignore two types of immortality (even though a third type would revive Jashin-chan) and regularly incapacitate someone with Low-High regen.

Alright, so first of all, speed is equalized.

Secondly, to allow Goku at least some sort of skill advantage and Yurine a power advantage, I'll have this match be Pilaf Saga Goku vs Base Yurine at the start, but Yurine can transform into Ultimate Yurine when needed. Yurine would of course have her chainsaw. As such, we're talking about 1.1267 tons for Yurine's durability and chainsaw AP against Goku's overall AP and durability of 0.744 tons.

The starting distance is 3 meters, about enough for a martial arts match

Battle takes place in the arena used for the 21st Budokai.

You might have to make the fight took place on a bright day, because SBA:
Time: The time and date are chosen in such a fashion that all characters are at their strongest. Paradoxes like it being night for one character, while being day for another are acceptable here. If extreme advantages are generated via this regulation to one side, a balanced alternative should be discussed in the thread.
Would make the fight takes place at night, and Goku would transform into a oozaru.

Otherwise of that, how much yurine uses her Fear Manipulation? Might be GG os the answer is too much.

Uhh, you kinda glossed over this part:

"If extreme advantages are generated via this regulation to one side, a balanced alternative should be discussed in the thread."

The Oozaru form would be considered an extreme advantage since just the power boost alone would enter one-shot territory even if it is very specific to full moons only.

Anyway, in response to the other part, how Yurine maims/kills Jashin-chan basically amounts to what Yurine decides to do, so fear manip isn't off the table.
