Can this kind of scaling be used for Dimensional Scaling?

So, in the verse, there are realms/levels, from 1 to 13. Each level higher than the one below is immensely stronger.

Level 7 transforms characters to 4th dimensional beings or higher (Direct statement, like straight up stated that they are 4th dimensional beings or higher).

Now, it was stated that the difference between level 9 and level 10 (Called Emperor Level), is actually a difference of 40 levels (If we took previous levels as benchmarks). This might sound weird, but bear with me, the supreme being of the universe kind of screwed it that way.

Level 10 beings were also stated to be Higher Dimensional even compared to the 4th dimensional (or higher) beings.

Additionally, in order to become a level 10 compared to other levels, one needs help from the Supreme Being.

Is it possible we can assume Level 10 beings to not just be 5-D, but something like 6 to 9-D, since levels could grant characters higher dimensional powers, and the difference between 9 and 10 is a difference of 40 levels?

Sorry if this is confusing, there are a lot of things in the verse, and I didn't know how to phrase it correctly without bringing a bunch of terminologies from the verse.

If they can also use 4-D, 5-D, whatever abilities, then yes, that would apply to scaling.

If they're just 4-D, 5-D, or whatever and they don't have the strength or abilities to back it up, they're pretty much only getting higher-dimensional existence. In other words, smurfs.

I mean if they get HDE from this then anyone who can affect them will also get higher-dimensional abilities as well.

If the difference between level 9 and level 10 is that of 40 levels then shouldn't they be like 40+D if this is acceptable?
