I can't be bothered to search for scans as of this moment, so take my word for it, and I can elaborate on the context if needed.
Essentially, there's this abstract, omnipresent realm called the Spirit World, where concepts like distance and location don't exist and the past, present and future intersect / are stacked. Characters can phase into this realm and then phase out again, allowing them to instantly travel vast distances in the real world. Would this be considered infinite speed while within the Spirit World?
I'm curious if it's similar to why characters in Warhammer 40k are listed as having 'immeasurable speed within the Warp.' (Though I may be mistaken about the specifics of Warhammer, as I don't know much about it.)
