Even if goku did do them, it wouldnt be impressive for his current tier.

Assuming he traveled on an arc covering approximately his torso in length and then back down, completing a full sit-up, that would mean he moved about his body length (at least his head moved that far, lower torso wouldn't). Goku is about 170~ cm tall. Doing 100,000,000,000,000 of them would mean he covered 1.7018x10^14 meters. Divide that by the speed of light (292,792,458) and we find out doing 100 trillion situps in 21 seconds would make you 27031.399 times the speed of light.

So yeah Goku should be able to do 1.997x10^12 times more situps than that.

Edit: Note I didn't break out Wolfram Alpha to calc the curve, so this is probably a bit off. But you get the deal.
