That animated colombian movie? Is not that is forbidden, but considering its just history animated (not fantasy that revolve aroind historical characters like Masadaverse or Fate), don't think there's anytjing notable there.

Bolivar was able to slice severals along with some sub sonics feats there and they ironically have high hypersonic feats so....

Not so historical movie after all (not like I've seen the movie, I just assumed it was an historical film). Either way, there's worst profiles out there, so guess you're free to create it.
