Can a 4-C character, who has shown to be able to absorb/copy other 4-C characters' powers, copy or absorb a 2-C characters powers and gain their AP, or they simply copy their power but still remain 4-C?

Case by case, but if is the time Skylor copy Garmadon, she hardly would control his power
