These would apply to all vampires and vamp kō probably minus empathetic manipulation but that's up for discussion

Limited Power bestowal : vampires can can turn humans into vampires granting them supernatural abilities, granted the human has to fall in love with the vampire for this to happen
Psuedo-Flight : vampires can simulate flight by jumping on anything( buildings , light poles etc..) in quick succession As explained by kō
They are also capable of Levitation

Superhuman physical characteristics : vampires are shown to be significantly more powerful than humans on Multiple occasions
Passive Empathic manipulation: vampires have a Glamor effect that makes humans attracted to them and leads to the humans Falling in love with them
Low-mid Regeneration : vampires can Reattach limbs and regenerate from Fatal wounds

Intangibility: vampires can Phase through things
