they are 5-A due to a calc, but that calculation putted them at 4-C, so why are they 5-A and not 4-C ?

Nah, Relativistic is only attack speed for the Celestial Towers. I tried to scale the Terrarian to it but it didn't work.

No, they're the same feat, just re-calced and with a new value due to the re-calc.
