1-A and Chain Scaling Flaws (TL;DR at the Bottom)​

Recently established here,

There is no proper way the 1-A scaling can go through to the entire verse. My justification for this is that not everyone has attained enlightenment, which was the agreed criteria for 1-A in that thread, and the chain-scaling of the entire verse is just wrong. The verse is heavily reliant on how GingerBrave & Friends fought characters like Licorice, and Licorice automatically scales to them despite being slammed and not even keeping up with them. These characters are not comparable in the slightest way to GingerBrave & Friends. The same thread is also not provided with a scaling that goes through to the entire verse.

Cookie Run 2-A​

The World of Dreams contains an endless amount of dreams which are connected by an endless railroad. Dreams are stated to have no beginning or end twice. The Wizards theorized that dreams are visions of other universes which is confirmed by Stardust Cookie's Dream, he dreamed the exact same dream theorized by the Wizards, the Vega of the Sugar Swan turning into a supernova in a different universe. The World of Dreams is powered by Moonlight Cookie, Moonlight Cookie's power makes it all possible, referred to as the master of Dream Magic. It is further stated that she wove a myriad of dreams, and repeatedly that she has control over the World of Dreams as her domain and realm.

However, as a Guardian of Nature, no one scales to Moonlight Cookie, as she is considered a God, with her physical form being an avatar. Only other Guardians of Nature will scale to 2-A due to chain-scaling from Moonlight Cookie, and the fact that they are all one with Nature. Each representing individual aspects of existence as a whole, becoming one with Nature.

Scaling Revision​

With the established World of Dreams scaling to 2-A.. here's a proposed scaling which applies to the following: GingerBrave & Friends. Stardust Cookie, and everyone who can keep up with GingerBrave post Ep.16, where the crew because exponentially stronger.

Rather simple: Stardust Cookie destroyed a Black Hole which posed threat to the entire World of Dreams. GingerBrave & Friends together fought and defeated Stardust Cookie.

Those who don't Scale to GingerBrave & Friends?​

Those who don't scale to GingerBrave & Friends tier will also be replaced with a different tier as well.

Timekeeper Cookie will remain in 2-A due to snipping countless timelines, and destroying and creating time an infinite-amount of times. She can survive in & control Time Pockets, which erase characters from all timelines, which, accepted in the current cosmology blog, is infinite timelines.

Low & Mid Tiers: Everyone in this range basically scales to Pudding a la Mode Cookie who can vaporize oceans and smash mountains. Licorice Cookie also has control over the Licorice Sea. This should be Continental-Multi Continental.

TL;DR​

• 1-A Scaling Flaws: The verse's 1-A scaling is flawed due to enlightenment not being universal and incorrect chain scaling. The verse is reliant on how everyone scales to GingerBrave & Friends which is incorrect chainscaling.
• 2-A Scaling: The World of Dreams is 2-A, powered by Moonlight Cookie, who weaves and controls it. Only other Guardians of Nature scale to 2-A.
• Scaling Revision: GingerBrave & Friends, Stardust Cookie, and those who match them post-Ep.16 scale to 2-A. Stardust destroyed a black hole threatening the World of Dreams, and GingerBrave & Friends defeated him.
• Timekeeper Cookie: Remains 2-A due to timeline manipulation feats.
• Low & Mid Tiers: Scale to Pudding a la Mode Cookie (ocean vaporization/mountain destruction) and Licorice Cookie (Licorice Sea control), placing them in Multi Continental range.

Do the “dreams” in question have some sort of ontological transcendence? Without further context “endless dreams” can just be either 2-A or Low 1-C.

I agree not everything should scale to 1-A. 2-A is a safebet.

Nope. I have no idea how endless dreams can be L1C. The Dreams are just implied to be infinite and have no limits. There's also a ticket dispenser which generate tickets to anywhere you can imagine, and this matter.

The chain scaling is flawed – I agree with that. However, I agree with the 1-A scaling, it's just the criteria for attaining 1-A in CookieRun which I didn't wholly agree with, & obviously not everyone gets that scaling. There was a misunderstanding in the narrative, I'd say, which was especially brought to light in the 4th anniversary update puzzle for the Realm of Apathy update (seen here at 3:26).

The Realm of the Immortals is a higher level of existence at the roof of the world which requires enlightenment or the path to it to reach. The Realm of Apathy was created by Mystic Flour to stand as a sort of greater enlightenment than even that which all beings were forced into. Scaling to Mystic Flour, in this case, means scaling to the Realm of Apathy & thus being granted 1-A scaling if the Realm of Apathy were to still be considered 1-A. Being an enlightened being in the Realm of Immortals is a different thing.

For the World of Dreams, you missed out on some details. Dreams naturally have no scalable time, running on a completely different idea of it, & there are also places within the realms which are outside time. There may very well be multiple Worlds of Dreams. Scans for that & other stuff can be found here, here, here, & here.

I don't mind some of the Cookies being 1-A. The point of this thread was to address the chainscaling shit and that not everyone is Outerversal. Mystic Flour & Others being 1-A is fine I guess.
