You know, i have a nice wall of text saying why i think that Hitmonchan would win, but my PC is trash. So here is the short version:

Hitmonchan can stops Lee's Priority moves with Quick Guard, leaving only him with them. Chan has better stats amps with agility, PUP and Focus Energy. Lee is stronger cause of black belt, but that can be a con since Chan has Counter. Chan's Precog is better and this is why i think he will have the upperhand, Lee tends to spam Kicks moves, like High Jump Kick, but if he misses, he will lose half of his vitality, and with that Precog, that is likely going to happen. Chan also has more variety, though Blaze Kick is better than Fire Punch. Hitmonchan is on a timer here, since he tires out in three minutes, but with that Crashing damage here, i think that he can win before he tires out. Voting Hitmonchan High-Diff
